The bucking unit produced and sold by our company Huichi Petro
follows API tubing thread connection requirements, especially
suitable for screwin screwout of multiple kinds of coupling.
The hydraulic disassembler is an important equipment for
disassembling, assembling and repairing various oil and geological
drilling tools, pipe strings and downhole tools. It adopts an
involute staggered hyperboloid climbing structure to drive the
multi-clip arc surface to hold the pipe body and the coupling to
rotate and remove the pipe buckle. Different tooth plates are used
according to different pipe diameters. The clamping force is evenly
distributed. It has the characteristics of no deformation and no
slipping of the pipe body during clamping, long service life of the
clamp, and small clamp marks. It is equipped with an embedded
industrial computer (referred to as an industrial computer) to
measure, display, record and control the torque during the pipe
buckling period and the number of tightening circles to ensure the
optimal torque of the pipe body and the coupling. In each operation
link, the torque and push-pull force can be changed steplessly,
realizing the technical requirements of the process for torque,
pressure, etc., thereby ensuring product quality.
The hydraulic disassembler produced and sold by our company Huichi
petro has synchronous operation of the oil cylinder, and the torque
of the make-up and break-out can be freely adjusted. It adopts an
energy-saving plunger pump air-cooled hydraulic power source, and
the inverter controls the motor speed to change the output flow of
the hydraulic pump. The speed can be infinitely adjusted, and the
main clamp head speed: low speed 1-7r/min, speed 1-21r/min.
