Product Description:
The plug valve is an important component for connecting
high-pressure manifolds in oil fields during cementing, cementing
and fracturing operations. It is also suitable for similar
high-pressure liquid control. The plug valve is mainly composed of
valve body, handwheel, plunger and other parts.
The low-torque high-pressure plug valves designed and manufactured
by our company Huichi petro are all forged with high-quality
high-strength alloy structural steel. Strict heat treatment ensures
that the joints have uniform metallographic structure and
pressure-bearing capacity. The materials used fully comply with the
American ASTM and AISI standards. The product technical indicators
fully comply with the API Spec 6A standard. The product joints can
be connected with pipeline threads, oil pipe threads, butt welding
or pressure-free sealing ends. The product has a compact structure,
easy maintenance, small torque, fast opening, and labor-saving
operation. It is an ideal valve for cementing and fracturing
manifolds. The plug valve has three buckle types for inlet and
outlet: union plug valve, LP internal thread connection and LP
external thread connection. At the same time, a high-pressure plug
valve with a base can be designed according to customer
requirements. The valve body and the lining are cylindrically
matched, and the seal is sealed by inserting a seal into the outer
circle of the lining. The lining and the plunger are sealed with
cylindrical metal, which is characterized by high matching accuracy
and reliable sealing. The specifications of high-pressure plug
valves are 1", 2", and 3", with three levels of cold working
pressure: 42Mpa (6000Psi), 70Mpa (10000Psi), and 105Mpa (15000Psi).
Moreover, under the high pressure of 15000psi, the valve can be
opened or closed more easily.

Product Features:
1. Stable pressure bearing: Equipped with replaceable elastic
nitrile rubber sealing ring, strong wall thickness design, enough
to withstand pressure on high-pressure pipelines;
2. Convenient interchange: The two ends are connected by unions, or
by internal and external threads (LP, NU), with complete British
dimensions, and can be interchanged with foreign products at will;
3. Simple maintenance: The maintenance and maintenance of the plug
valve does not require disassembly from the pipeline, and no
special tools are required for disassembly;
4. Good sealing and anti-corrosion effect: The finely processed
plug valve adopts a special coating process to make the sealing
performance and anti-corrosion effect excellent; they can work at
normal temperature, low temperature or H2S environment;
5. Visible valve body position: The plug cap is clearly marked to
indicate whether the valve is fully open or closed. The brake
spring limits the valve to the required position.
