Die Collar produced and sold by our company Huichi petro is the
core tool used for casing connection and repair in oilfield

1. High strength sleeve connection
o Precision-machined thread design complies with API standards,
ensuring firm connection and excellent sealing of casing, suitable
for high pressure (up to 10000psi) and complex well conditions.
o Supports multiple casing specifications (5″-13⅜″), suitable for
the operation needs of conventional drill pipes and continuous oil
pipes.
2. Multifunctional repair and salvage
- It can be combined with hydraulic disassembly and other tools to
achieve rapid repair or salvage of casing fractures, reduce

3. Corrosion resistance and long life
- It is made of chromium molybdenum steel or nickel-based alloy,
which withstands high temperature (-30℃ to 150℃), acidic media and
underground corrosion environment, and extends the service life of
the tool.

Product Type
The Die Collar products produced and sold by Huichi petro are
diverse in specifications and can be adapted to drilling tools of
different inner diameters. Common female cone specifications cover
the internal hole size range of commonly used drill tools in oil
fields, from smaller diameters to larger diameters, and there are
corresponding models to choose from. At the same time, special
specifications of female cones can be customized according to
customers' special needs to meet the diverse oil field salvage
operation needs.
- Ordinary female cone: suitable for drilling tool salvage with conventional sizes and
standard inner hole structures. Its design meets industry-wide
standards and can cope with most general salvage operation
scenarios. Its operation is relatively simple and is the first
choice tool for daily oil field salvage operations.
- Variable buckle female cone: When encountering drill holes of different specifications or
special buckle types, the Variable buckle female cone plays a role.
It can be adapted to a variety of different types of inner hole
buckle types through a special variable buckle structure.
- High-strength female cone: For some drilling tools that fall off in deep wells, ultra-deep
wells or harsh geological conditions, this type of female cone is
made of high-strength alloy steel, and has a special heat treatment
process to make it stronger. Tensile, impact and wear resistance,
can still reliably connect and salvage drill tools while
withstanding huge tension and complex stresses.
