The pumping unit is a kind of machine equipment for oil extraction;
commonly known as "bowing machine". The pumping unit is the most
important lifting equipment in the rod pumping system. According to
whether there is a walking beam, it can be divided into a walking
beam pumping unit and a non-walking beam pumping unit.
The walking beam pumping unit is the most common and widely used
ground power equipment in the rod oil extraction operation in the
oil field. The basic characteristics of the walking beam pumping
unit are simple structure, easy manufacturing, convenient use,
especially it can operate in the oil field all-weather for a long
time, and reliable use.
The working principle of the walking beam pumping unit is: the
power is supplied by the power machine; the high-speed rotation of
the power machine is converted into the low-speed rotation of the
crank of the pumping unit through the reducer; and the
crank-connecting rod-walking beam mechanism converts the rotational
motion into the up and down reciprocating motion of the donkey head
of the pumping unit; and the deep well pump is driven to work
through the suspension rope assembly.
