The Lifting Cap produced and sold by our company Huichi Petro is a
lifting device installed on the top of the pipe or drill tool in
oil and gas drilling operations. It is a core tool for safely
lifting tubular equipment such as drill pipes, tubing casings and
drill tools. It can withstand huge tension and weight, and through
standardized threaded interfaces and high-strength alloy materials,
it ensures the stability and safety of the drill string during the

- Quick connection: API standard threads (such as NC50, NC56, 7-5/8REG, etc.), support
seamless integration with elevators and top drive systems, and
complete disassembly and assembly within 10 seconds.
- Extreme environment resistance: high-quality alloy steel material + surface phosphating treatment,
resistant to hydrogen sulfide corrosion, mud scouring and high
temperature and high pressure (-30℃ to 150℃) environment.
- Anti-locking design: self-locking structure prevents accidental falling off and ensures
safe wellhead operation.
- Precise adaptability: Our Lifting Cap is precisely designed and manufactured for pipes
and drilling tools of different specifications and models, and can
be closely matched with various common pipes and drilling tools.
