Huichi Petro is a supporting product for petroleum steel pipes. It
plays a role in protecting the threads. It absorbs the axial and
lateral impacts on the metal structure to prevent the joint part of
the drill pipe thread connection from being damaged during normal
loading and unloading impact and transportation.
The inner and outer layers of the oilfield casing quick-release
thread protector shell are thread protection layer and
anti-collision layer. The opening and closing device is set in the
middle of the cutout of the thread protector shell. The structure
of the left and right rotating rectangular buckle nuts and screw
rods at both ends of the light rod is adopted. The handle on the
light rod is turned 180° to control the opening and closing of the
thread protector. The thread protection and anti-collision effect
of the casing male buckle joint on site is obvious, the operation
is fast, time-saving and labor-saving, and the performance is
reliable. The utility model has a reasonable design, simple
structure, and easy manufacturing. It is an ideal quick-loading and
unloading thread protector for casing external thread protection.
This product consists of a body, a block, a sliding sleeve, a
pressure rod mechanism, etc. Working temperature: -46℃~66℃.
