The Lifting Sub produced and sold by our company Huichi Petro is a
core tool for connecting drill pipes or drill collars in oil, gas
and geological exploration drilling operations, and is used to
safely lift and lower drill collars and other drilling tools. It
uses high-strength alloy steel materials and standardized design to
connect drill collars and elevators. During operations such as
drilling and casing, it can withstand the huge pressure and torque
during drilling, ensuring the stability and safety of the drill
tool assembly during drilling, and is widely used in complex

Working principle:
During the oilfield drilling lifting operation, one end of the
Lifting Sub is firmly connected to the drill string or other
downhole tools through threads, and the other end is connected to
the lifting equipment (such as lifting rings, faucets, etc.). When
the lifting equipment is started, the lifting force generated is
transmitted to the drill string through the Lifting Sub to achieve
the lifting or lowering of the drill string. At the same time,
during the rotary drilling process, torque is also transmitted
through the Lifting Sub to ensure that the drill bit can
effectively break the rock and complete the drilling task.

- Adaptable elevator structure: Two structures are provided: 18° inclined shoulder (Type A) and
90° straight shoulder (Type B), which can flexibly match the
requirements of different types of elevators.

- Standardized interface: The thread buckle type strictly follows API specifications (such

drilling environment, the surface of Lifting Sub has undergone
special anti-corrosion treatment, such as hot-dip galvanizing and

good performance even in long-term harsh underground environments.
