The Manual Tong produced and sold by our company Huichi Petro is a
key manual tool for tightening or unscrewing the connection threads
of drill pipes, casings, tubings, etc. in oilfield drilling
operations. It provides high torque output through the lever
principle to ensure the firmness of the pipe connection. Its
high-strength alloy material and ergonomic design have strong
clamping force and torque output, which can adapt to the
operational needs of land drilling, well repair and complex
formations.

- Advanced clamping mechanism: Equipped with advanced clamping mechanism, the clamping
performance is reliable, and it can stably clamp drilling equipment
such as drill pipes and tubings to prevent sliding or falling off
during operation, ensuring safe operation.
- High torque output: The lever-type structure design can achieve 3000-15000 lbf·ft
(about 4067-20337 N·m) torque by a single operator to ensure the
sealing of the pipe connection.
- Multi-specification adaptation: The pliers are adjustable, suitable for drill pipes, casings and
tubing outer diameters from 2-3/8" to 20", supporting API standards
and special buckle types.
- Durable and impact-resistant: Integral forged pliers + surface hardening treatment,
anti-deformation, wear-resistant, and suitable for high-intensity
repeated operations.
- Safe operation: Anti-slip handle + self-locking ratchet design to avoid slipping
or rebound during operation, reducing the risk of injury.

hardness HRC45-50 on the surface of the pliers.

o Torque range: 3000-15000 lbf·ft (super-heavy torque can be customized to 20000
lbf·ft).
- Thread type support: API standard round thread (Round Thread), buttress thread
(Buttress Thread), compatible with special thread types such as
VAM, FOX, etc.
- Inspection and certification: 100% magnetic particle inspection (MPI) + hardness test, in line
with API 7K, ISO 9001 specifications.
