The drill pipe outer wall scraper produced and sold by our company
Huichi petro mainly adopts a slideway straightening scraper to make
the scraper slide along the slideway. Under the action of the
double-acting cylinder and the spring, the scraper is tightly
attached to the annular outer wall of the drill pipe lifted up from
the well. The scraper scrapes off the drilling fluid on the outer
wall of the drill pipe lifted upward, so that the outer wall of the
drill pipe column is clean and avoids the drilling fluid from
polluting the environment.
During the drilling process, there has been no good way to solve
the problem of scraping off the drilling fluid adhering to the
outer wall of the drill pipe when drilling. At present, 80% of the
drilling teams manually scrape off the drilling fluid adhering to
the outer wall of the drill pipe when drilling, which not only
increases the labor intensity of the fitters inside and outside the
drilling platform, but also makes it difficult to scrape it clean.
The scraped drilling fluid falls on the surface of the drilling
platform, which is dirty and slippery, making it unsafe to work and
causing serious waste of drilling fluid. For this reason, our
company has developed the HZB series drill pipe outer wall scraper,
which better solves the problem of scraping off the drilling fluid
adhering to the outer wall of the drill pipe.
Material:
This product uses high-quality wear-resistant nitrile rubber as the
basic material. By setting a skeleton in the rubber body, the drill
pipe is supported by its internal skeleton to help it open when it
is connected, reducing the deformation of the rubber parts,
preventing the difference in the outer diameter of the drill pipe
body and the drill pipe coupling from causing the scraper to deform
and affect the scraping effect, and can prevent metal corrosion and
mud spraying. It is simple to operate, easy to install, and
durable.
The main purpose of this product:
It is used to prevent mud spraying when the drill pipe is raised
and lowered, which is convenient for operation and safety; it can
prevent drilling fluid from returning from the well, and remove
drilling fluid on the inner wall of the drill pipe to prevent metal
corrosion.
