The ZQJ series cyclone desilters produced and sold by our company
Huichi petro are secondary and tertiary solid control equipment for
treating drilling fluids. According to the diameter of the cyclone,
they are divided into desanders and desilters. Generally, a
combination of cyclones below 6" is called a desilter, which is a
tertiary solid control equipment in drilling operations. 5" and 4"
cyclones are commonly used. In addition, we can also select several
groups of cyclones to form a desilter according to the processing
volume required by customers. The drilling fluid desilter produced
by our company has high separation capacity and a wide range of
separation particle sizes; the bottom flow port of the cyclone The
"wet bottom" sand discharge in the shape of a pressurized umbrella
allows the particles in the separation zone to be discharged
quickly, reducing the probability of blockage of the bottom flow
port; the advanced small two-screen mud vibrating screen has a
large processing capacity, low noise, and long screen life; the
symmetrical liquid inlet mechanism makes the cyclone distribution
reasonable and stable.
We also sell a sand and mud removal integrated cleaner, which
combines a sand removal cyclone, a mud removal cyclone, and a
bottom flow vibrating screen into one. The drilling fluid mud
cleaner has a compact structure, occupies a small area, and has
powerful functions. It is an ideal and efficient cleaner equipment
for secondary and tertiary solid phase control of drilling mud.
