is a key auxiliary equipment in the oilfield drilling solid control
system, designed for efficient stirring, mixing drilling mud and
mud tank cleaning. Through the principle of high-pressure
injection, the solid-liquid mixture in the mud tank can be
circulated quickly and evenly to prevent the solid phase particles
in the mud from settling and agglomerating, ensuring the stability
of the drilling fluid performance. It can also transport mud
between the tanks to keep the pipe clean, thereby extending the
service life of the tank.

Power source and adaptability:
The power of the mud gun produced and sold by our company Huichi
petro mainly comes from the mud pump or jet mixing pump, and can
also be discharged by the drilling pump tributary or centrifugal
sand pump supply. Its design is flexible and can adapt to pumps of
different pressures, including sand pumps, mud pumps and shear
pumps, etc., to ensure excellent performance in various drilling
scenarios.

Classification and characteristics:
The mud guns produced and sold by our company Huichi Petro can be
divided into low-pressure mud guns, medium-pressure mud guns and
high-pressure mud guns according to different working pressures.
The high-pressure gun is supplied by the branch flow discharged by
the drilling pump, and the pressure level is usually 1-6MPa; the
low-pressure gun is supplied by the centrifugal sand pump, and the
pressure level is 0.2-0.3MPa. In addition, the mud gun can also be
divided into fixed and rotary types according to the structure, and
the rotary mud gun can be divided into manual adjustment and
self-spinning types to meet the cleaning needs of different
drilling fluid tanks.

Core functions:
1. Efficient mixing
Adopting a uniquely designed multi-angle adjustable nozzle
structure, 360° no dead angle spraying, powerfully breaking the mud
sedimentation layer, ensuring uniform mixing of the drilling fluid,
and preventing mud sedimentation.
The maximum working pressure is 0.6MPa, and the flow range is
10-50m³/h, which can meet the needs of muds with different
viscosities.
2. Intelligent control
Electric/pneumatic control valves are optional, supporting remote
start/stop and pressure adjustment, and seamlessly connecting to
the automated solid control system.
Equipped with an anti-clogging warning module, real-time monitoring
of the nozzle status, and ensuring continuous operation.
3. Durable design
The gun body is made of 316L stainless steel + tungsten carbide
lining composite material, which is corrosion-resistant and
wear-resistant, and its service life is increased by 3 times.
Modular quick-disassembly structure, nozzle replacement can be
completed in 5 minutes, and maintenance costs are reduced by 40%.
4. Flexible adaptation
The mud gun is flexible in design, and the injection angle and flow
rate of the mud gun can be flexibly adjusted according to actual
operation requirements. It can be perfectly adapted to pumps of
different pressures (such as sand pumps and mud pumps) to meet
different drilling needs.
The nozzle can be fixed or rotating, and the gun body length can be
customized according to actual needs to meet the needs of different
