The P-band 10-30 MHz 1000W power amplifier is a professional RF
module specially designed for low-frequency high-power scenarios.
With its extremely high output power and outstanding signal
stability, it is widely applied in communication, broadcasting,
radar and industrial equipment fields, meeting the strict
requirements of power and reliability.

Low-frequency high-power coverage: Working frequency range of 10
MHz to 30 MHz (P band), suitable for low-frequency high-power
scenarios such as shortwave communication, AM broadcasting, and
ship navigation.
Kilowatt-level output capability:
CW saturated power ≥ 1000W, providing industry-leading driving
capability, supporting long-distance signal transmission and
complex load requirements.
Ultra-high gain and accuracy:
Gain ≥ 60dB, Input power 1 ± 1dBm, In-band gain flatness ≤ 1 ± 1dB,
Ensure high linearity of signal amplification.
Ultra-high anti-interference performance:
Noise suppression is ≥ 65 dBc, harmonic suppression is ≥ 10 dBc,
and the out-of-band noise is significantly reduced.
The third-order intermodulation performance is excellent (with an
output backoff of 7dB and a third-order intermodulation of -29dBc),
ensuring pure output under the condition of multiple signals
coexisting.
Multi-level safety protection:
Temperature protection at 80℃, input standing wave ≤ 1.7, avoiding
overload or reflected power damage to the equipment.
Interface and Power Supply Design

Input interface: SMA-F (Standard Compatibility Design).
Output interface: N-K type (high power carrying capacity, suitable
for high current scenarios).
Flexible power supply solution:
Support dual voltage power supply:
24V (1A auxiliary power supply) + 48V main power supply (50A
current, maximum withstand voltage +50V).
Main power supply interface: 5-pin aviation connector (model
Y50DX-1405ZJ10), ensuring high current transmission stability.
Intelligent Control: The PTT switch port is set to default off
state. It supports 5V level trigger for activation, and is
compatible with the control logic of the automation system.

Required for forced cooling: It needs to be installed with a
dedicated radiator to ensure long-term stability during full-load
