1. Full thread break detection for top and bottom threads
2. 360°Multi-span and independent patterns, automatic thread
trimming function
3. Self-developed “YuTeng Quilting System”, also supports quilting
embroidering mainstream DST format file, easy to operation.
4. Computer host adopt the most advanced embedded operating system
and self-developed motion control chip, Fast response speed, long
service life, good stability
5. Spindle driven by servo motor, it is able to change speed and
positive inversion, cooperate with software to complete the slice
thread trimming function
6. Adopt international advanced slice thread trimming function;
effectively reduce the probability thread jump, more stable.
7. The spindle, X, Y axis all adopt high-power servo motor
8. Strong functions of pattern-combining and multi-span (Tack &
Jump) quilting to enable you to quilt different patterns in each
row in the mattresses of different sizes
9. High rigid machine body, high running speed, balance running,
high precision, lower rate jump threads, perfect pattern stitch.
10. Infrared safety protection and Auto-stop sensors detection
function
11. New aluminum alloy needle bar and press plate are controlled by
a double- swinging device without cam avoiding lubrication and
dirtying of material
