Steel plate__ Raw material is marine use material which meets the requirements of CCS., and all plates are under sand blasting process.

Hydraulic system__Hydraulic oil pipes made by pipe bending machine to decrease the welding points so that can keep system stability. When the oil pipe finish, should be acid picking and phosphating treatment to keep whole system clean and stability.

Dredging pump__flow passage components use High wear resistant alloy Cr27 to prolonged the pump service life, pump shaft seal use packing seal which is easy to maintain , and anti-friction bearings are from Japanese brand NSK.

Sea sand suction dredge with cutter head is designed and constructed as a dismantle type non-self-propelled sea sand suction dredge with cutter head, suitable for dredging operation of soil type II~IV, including fine sand, clay, silt, coarse sand, etc., in inland water and coastal area.

The hull of sea sand suction dredge with cutter head is composed by five pontoons, including one main pontoon and four side pontoons. The pontoons are full steel welding and are combined together by specially designed connecting pieces for convenient dismantle and assembly. All main parts of sea sand suction dredge with cutter head can be dismantled easily for transportation by sea, railway or road.

The sea sand suction dredge with cutter head is equipped with one diesel engine driving dredge pump.
