Product Introduction

The water-swelling rubber water stop strips produced by our company, in addition to having the properties of ordinary rubber water stop strips, mainly feature that the internal waterproof line is made of water-swelling rubber. In this way, after swelling upon contact with water, the tightness between the water stop strip and the structure is enhanced, resulting in a better waterproof and water-stopping effect.

Structural Form

a. All the specification models with waterproof lines in the BF series can be processed into water-swelling rubber water stop strips, as shown in the figure:

In order to ensure that all parts of the water stop strip are stressed evenly and rationally, our company has independently developed and designed the BFZ series of water-swelling rubber water stop strips. Its cross-section adopts a non-uniform thickness structure, which is divided into a strong force area, a waterproof area and an installation area. At the same time, the outer wall of the expansion hole is flat. When clamped by the formwork, it has a large contact surface to prevent dislocation. Installation holes have been added in the installation area, which can facilitate the fixation of the water stop strip with the adjacent anchor reinforcement, preventing displacement and making the construction and installation easier. Physical Performance Indicators

The rubber material of the waterproof line part of the water-swelling rubber water stop strip shall comply with the standard of GB/T 18173.3 - 2002.
The rubber in the remaining parts has the same physical properties as the SS series of water stop strips and shall comply with the standard of GB/T 18173.2 - 2000.
