Composition and performance: H08A is a carbon steel copper-plated submerged arc welding wire, and its chemical composition mainly includes C (carbon) ≤ 0.10%, Mn (manganese) 0.3~0.55%, Si (silicon) ≤ 0.03%, S (sulfur) ≤ 0.030%, P (phosphorus) ≤ 0.030%, Ni (nickel) ≤ 0.30%, Cr (chromium) ≤ 0.20%. These ingredients make H08A welding wire have good welding performance and mechanical properties. With appropriate flux, such as melting flux HJ431, HJ433, HJ434 or sintering flux SJ301, SJ302, SJ501, SJ502, SJ503, SJ522, etc., stable arc burning and beautiful weld formation can be obtained.
