Grundfos TPE3 100 - 180 S - A - F - A - BQQE - IWB A closely - coupled single - stage vortex pump with suction and discharge ports of the same diameter on the same axis. The water pump has a pull - up design. For example, the power head (motor, pump head, and impeller) can be disassembled for maintenance while the pump casing remains connected to the pipeline. The shaft seal complies with the DIN EN 12756 standard. The pipeline connection is achieved through PN 16 DIN flanges (in accordance with EN 1092 - 2 and ISO 7005 - 2 standards). An air - cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor is installed on the water pump. According to the IEC 60034 - 30 - 2 standard, the energy efficiency of this motor is at the IE5 level. The junction box of the motor contains a frequency converter and a PI controller. This enables the system to continuously adjust the motor speed, allowing the water pump to be adjusted to the optimal operating state according to environmental conditions. A combined temperature and differential pressure sensor is installed on the water pump.
