The improvements of mobile pedestal:

• The production process is improved. The back and sides of the traditional back-side one-piece mobile cabinet are formed by bending a panel. The improved process is welded together on the back and both sides. There are special tools for welding the front frame, which can be 100% guaranteed square shape. The back is also done in the tooling. The back and bottom are 90 degrees to ensure the back is square. Finally, the front frame, the back, and the two sides are assembled in the tooling to ensure that all six sides are square. The mobile cabinet is stronger.
• In the front of the drawer add another bending, both sides and plug of the drawer also add another bending. The bottom four wheel mounting holes are also equipped with tooling pressure type to ensure that the wheel of the movable cabinet will not be deformed.

5. The anti-tilt plate has two screw shafts and bulged out, and can be stuck in the positioning holes to ensure that it does not move. This will not be hurt due to the weather, the number of pulls and pulling strength, etc. The traditional method is to use self-tapping directly. If the cold weather and the pull strength is too large, it will cause the anti-tilt piece to crack and lock the lock rod, which will cause the drawer fail to open.

7. The fixed places on the drawer and the panel use all screws instead of the tapping,the screws are dense and firmly fixed..

The drawer was pulled 50,000 times under the condition of load-bearing 25KG. The bearing limit of the Wheel is 120KG, about 265 pounds.

Then, workers shall fill in process card then will move to the following procedure of laser cutting .The workers will produce according to the operating instructions and drawings strictly to guarantee the accuracy of side cutting and punching.,which the tolerance is within 0.1mm.

Before packaging, QC will overall check the whole structure, surface and parts.,etc by pre- assembly. At packaging, workers must strictly follow export transportation standard to do package and make sure the quantity of parts are correct and the layout is suitable and firm.
