Working principle

After the vacuum feeder is started, the vacuum pump quickly draws the air in the hopper, forming a negative pressure. Under the action of atmospheric, the material is pressed into the suction pipe from the suction port and enters the hopper along the conveying pipeline. When the material in the hopper reaches the high, the level sensor sends a signal to stop the vacuum pump and pause the feeding; when the material is reduced to the low level, the sensor is triggered again, vacuum pump is restarted, and a new round of conveying begins, and so on, to achieve the automatic conveying of the material.
