Working principle

When the vacuum feeder is working, the vacuum pump is started first, and the vacuum pump quickly draws away the air in the hopper, a negative pressure environment inside the hopper. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the material is pressed into the suction pipe from the suction port, and then conveyed to hopper along the conveying pipeline. When the material in the hopper reaches the predetermined high material level, the material level sensor sends a signal, the vacuum pump stops, and the feeding process is paused; when the material in the hopper drops to the low material level, the material level sensor acts again, the vacuum pump is, and a new round of material conveying work begins. In this way, the automatic conveying of materials is realized.
