Features of Carbonless Paper/NCR Paper
Carbonless paper, NCR, also called carbonless copy paper,
pressure-sensitive paper, is called carbonless paper because it
does not use carbon material components for copying. Two or more
layers, directly facing the pressure of the print head to develop
color. Replaces the toner copying method.
Two-layer carbonless paper:
① Weight: 48gsm, 50gsm, 55gsm;
② Width: 57mm, 76mm, etc.
③ Length/diameter: 70mm, 76mm;
④ Thickness: different for different weights;
⑤ Paper type: upper paper and lower paper;
⑥ Tube core: paper tube or plastic tube core, inner diameter 13mm,
18mm, 25mm, etc., outer diameter 18mm, 23mm, 25mm;
⑦ Packaging: direct boxing, plastic sealing, etc.;
⑧ Printer: dot matrix printer, cash register system;
⑩ Application: various checkout receipts, used in supermarkets,
etc.;
Application of Carbonless Paper/NCR Paper
Carbonless paper is widely used in offices, commerce, education and
other fields due to its clear, durable and rewritable
characteristics.
It is suitable for invoices, bills, bank statements, business
lists, receipt rolls and ATM transaction records. It is also
commonly used in quality control sheets, store records and various
reports.
