Shank Sizes
We provide carbide burrs of 6mm (1/4”) and 3mm (1/8”) shank
diameter. WUWTOOLS supplies a complete range of 1/4”or 6mm shank
burr bits, which are offered in both inch and metric sizes. They
are used on air die grinders(pneumatic rotary tools), flexible
shafts, spindle grinders, straight grinders, robots, and even CNC
machines.
The 3mm or 1/8”shank burr cutters are widely used on metal, wood,
glass, stone, and plastics. They fit most hobby rotary tools, such
as Dremel, Wen, and Tacklife. These carbide cutters have proven
excellent performance in wood carving, model engineering, jewelry
making, engraving, sculpting, and casting.
Cut Types:
Single-cut burs:are for general purpose work and provide good material removal.
Double-cut burs:produce smaller chips for greater operator control on applications
such as stainless steels and ferrous materials.
Aluma-cut burs:have a wide flute design for easy stock removal without loading on
applications such as nonferrous and soft materials.
Standard-cut burs:are widely uesed and leave a fine finish.

Product Application
Tungsten carbide burrs are widely used in industrial sectors such
as machinery, aviation, automobile, shipbuilding, chemical
engineering, and process engraving. The main usage are as follows:
- Fine processing of various metal molds, such as processing shoe
molds, etc.
- Used for various metal and non-metal process engraving, such as
mold engraving, trimming of craft gifts
- Clean the flash, burrs, welds of castings, forgings, weldments,

- Used for chamfering rounding and groove processing of various
