Plastic recycling line description:
Waste plastic bottles will be turned into clean pure white flakes after crushing, label removal, friction washing, cleaning, dehydration and hot air drying. The plastic recycling and cleaning line is suitable for recycling various waste plastics, such as plastic bottles, beverage bottles, plastic bags, agricultural films, plastic packaging products, etc. The whole production line is simple in design, easy to use and popular.The PET bottle washing line starts with label removal and then sorting. The finished PET bottles are conveyed by a conveyor to a crusher for crushing. The crushed materials are conveyed by a spiral to rinse. The cleaned materials are conveyed by a spiral to a friction machine for friction. The frictioned materials enter the steamer for heating. After heating and stirring, they are conveyed by a spiral to the friction equipment for friction. After friction, they enter the rinser for two rinses. After rinsing, they enter the dehydrator for dehydration, and then enter the distribution system for drying. Finally, the materials are sent to the storage bin, and the entire equipment process is completed.

Main machine:
1. Belt conveyor: Feed the plastic into the crusher. If the material contains metal debris, it is recommended to use a semi-automatic metal detector.
2. Label remover: Remove the label from the bottle
3. Crusher: Use water to break the plastic film/plastic bag into small pieces (the size can be adjusted according to customer requirements)
4. Magnetic separator: Separate non-ferrous impurities such as metals
5. Friction cleaning machine: Friction cleaning materials to remove grease, dust and other impurities
6. Floatation tank: Clean the sand, soil and dirt in the material
7. Screw conveyor: Transport the plastic material to the next process
8. Horizontal friction washing and dehydrating machine: High speed to clean the dirt and remove the dirty water

10. Dehydrator: Quickly remove the moisture in the plastic
11. Hot air drying system: Dry the material
