Product description
The open-style ton bag unloading station is a capable assistant for
material unloading in industrial production. It features a simple
structure without complex enclosed, equipped only with sturdy
supports, ton bag hanging components, and a bag-breaking device.
Due to its open design, the operation is extremely convenient,
allowing workers to complete the lifting, hanging, and bag-breaking
unloading of ton bags, with the entire process visible, enabling
timely detection of material anomalies. Moreover, it is low,
eliminating the need for expensive sealing and dust removal
equipment. It is suitable for the unloading of large quantities of
stable materials with low dust control requirements, such as
materials and general chemical raw materials, significantly
improving unloading efficiency and reducing labor costs.
Working principle
When the open-type ton bag unloading station is in operation, the
ton bag filled with materials is first lifted steadily by means of
lifting equipment as a crane or forklift, and accurately placed on
the preset suspension bracket of the unloading station, so that the
ton bag is fixed in place. Next the operator manually operates the
bag-breaking tool, such as a sharp cutter, to cut along the pre-set
bag-breaking line at the bottom or side of the ton bag, the
discharge port. Under the action of gravity, the materials pour out
from the bag-breaking port and directly fall into the conveying
equipment connected below, such as a conveyor or screw conveyor,
and then are conveyed to the next production link.
