Brief Introduction:
JH-1500F-ACJ is a multi-functional model, mainly suitable for
medium packaging, double fold, hook bottom of 300g-800g cardboard
and 1mm-10mm corrugated packaging;
This machine can also produce the double mount and E, C, B, A, flat
mold five layers of corrugated.
This machine is equipped with a special cardboard correction
positioner, continuous accumulation box patting device.
Use touch terminal and PLC operating system.
Equipped with remote control operating system, the transmission
structure adopts group independent motor transmission, and the
upper pressure is pneumatic regulation.
High stability and efficiency, fully meet the needs of humanized
operation.

Feeding unit:
The feeder is driven by independent motors; 4 sets of air suction
devices are used for make sure automatic continuous fast feeding.
Moreover, dust removing roller is installed before the correcting
part to remove the foreign material and dust which attached on the
paper board surface.
The correcting unit:
It is designed as three plates structure, use pusher and side
guider to make sure paper board fed smoothly and straightly.
The inspecting unit:
It is equipped with big-power suction blower. It can do
comprehensive inspection on paper board through the HD camera. No
matter dirty points, color difference, leakage, misprinting, double
code, wrong code, coated bubbles, die-cutting offset, overprint
offset or other unqualified points, all can be continuously and
accurately detected.
The waste ejecting unit:
It can kick out the nonconforming products effectively.
Bottom crush lock unit:
The bottom crush locking unit is three plates structure, the top
pressing belt can lift/down pneumatically to match different paper
board thickness.
And bottom crush lock module, double-side adhesive sticking module
and steering function can be added to ensures fast easy operation
and smooth board transmitting.
The folding unit:
The left and right guiding wheels could be adjusted according to
actual box conditions to ensure perfect folding;
The long belt is driven independently and its speed can be adjusted
independently, and the special pressing device is added to ensure
the accuracy of the box folding forming, so that there will be no
fishtail.
The ejecting unit:
It is equipped with box blocking device to correct the errors
generated in the folding process. In the production of bottom crush
locking box, the pneumatic front blocking device is equipped, and
the continuous automatic box stacking function ensures that the
boxes enter the conveying part neatly.
The conveying unit:
It adopts separate top and bottom driving structure, top pressing
belt moves forward and backward base on box length. And with soft
belt, this unit won’t damage the boxes’ surface.
Conveying unit speed can be adjusted according to main motor speed
automatically with help of sensors. And the speed also can be
controlled by hand.
