1. Lightweight: Offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. Under the same rigidity (E·J), the weight per unit area of aluminum composite panels is approximately 60% that of aluminum sheets and 30% that of steel sheets.
2. Strong Adhesion: High 180° peel strength ensures the aluminum and plastic core do not delaminate during long-term use.
3. Weather Resistance: Minimal color and gloss changes over prolonged outdoor exposure, with no coating detachment. Typical service life exceeds 20 years.
4. Corrosion Resistance: Surface coatings exhibit strong adhesion, resisting acid (10% H2SO4), alkali (10% NaOH), and salt spray corrosion. PVDF fluorocarbon resin coatings are particularly robust.
5. Wind Pressure Resistance: Meets national Grade A standards, suitable for high-rise exterior wall decoration.
6. Flame Retardancy: Core layer consists of non-toxic polyethylene, sandwiched between non-combustible aluminum sheets.

Processing Performance
