Quanstar Intelligent Controls (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd. developed several fully automated and semi-automatied assembly and test line of thermal management integrated modules for world famous electric vehicle manufacturers. Thermal management system is a comprehensively energy-optimization system combining the control of all cooling module and the heat pump system in one unit.

The equipment consists of 30 assembly workstations and 26 testing workstations. Through the combination of a high - speed chain conveyor and AGV transfer, it realizes the automated feeding, scanning, visual detection, assembly, testing, and unloading and packaging of various sub - components. It integrates a number of advanced technologies to ensure the efficient, accurate, and reliable production of the thermal management system. The processes involved are AGV material loading and parts unloading, laser marking, visual inspection, auto screw tightening, Servo press, auto greasing and oil detection, calibration, EOL test, Helium detection, auto packing, traceability, etc.
