Product introduction:
The IPX8 immersion test equipment, featuring a 30-meter water
pressure capability, is equipped with a button-style operation
interface for ease of use. It utilizes pneumatic cylinders for lid
opening, facilitating efficient and reliable access for placing and
retrieving test samples. Designed for rigorous waterproof testing,
this device ensures products can withstand extreme underwater
conditions, meeting the highest standards of IPX8 certification.
- The device is equipped with a pressure sensor, which can display
the internal pressure change synchronously.
- The tank cover is fastened with stainless steel can lid flange
fasteners, and the seal is firm.
- Timing is performed by a time relay, and timing starts after the
internal pressure reaches the set value.
- After the test is complete, the device automatically vents the
pressure.
- The tank cover is connected with a mechanical safety valve. If the
set pressure exceeds the set pressure, the safety valve will
release the pressure directly to ensure the safety of users.
- The tank lid is lifted and lowered by cylinder driving to reduce
operating pressure.
- If the user needs to provide an external power supply for the
sample, we can open a hole in the lid and provide a locking device
(wire diameter <15mm)5.
