The CTS1010V Vertical CTS Computer-to-Screen Exposure Machine is at

The CTS1010V is available in two specifications:
Oversized Version: With a maximum screen size of 2200 x 3200 mm,
this version is ideal for large patterns and intricate designs.
Standard Version: Featuring a maximum screen size of 1200 x 1300
mm, its compact design is versatile enough to fit various working
environments.
Both versions achieve an impressive resolution of 12,700 dpi,
ensuring meticulous detail and unprecedented clarity in your
projects.
Employing advanced DMD DLP imaging technology, the CTS1010V can
accommodate a range of thicknesses for both solvent-based and
water-based emulsions, from 3 μm to 15 μm (solvent-based) and 3 μm
to 300 μm (water-based), making it suitable for diverse production
needs. Its dynamic focusing system guarantees consistent image
quality across the entire exposure area, while a raster capability
of up to 133 lines per inch (LPI) enhances the visibility of fine
lines and details.
In terms of efficiency, the CTS1010V boasts an exposure time of
only 120 to 240 microseconds per raster line when using a #350
yellow mesh. It offers resolution options of 1270 dpi, 2540 dpi,
and an optional 1270 dpi (vector), providing the flexibility to
meet your creative requirements. The machine supports various file
formats, including 1-bit TIFF, Gerber, and PDF vector files,
facilitating a smoother transition from design to production.
Equipped with a high-performance UV laser operating at a wavelength
of 405 ± 5 nm, the CTS1010V provides three laser power options:
20W, 25W, and 30W, ensuring efficient and stable exposure results.
Its compact dimensions (458 x 1570 mm; please refer to the
accompanying table for height details) and net weight of 450 kg
make installation and maintenance straightforward.
For optimal performance, it is recommended to operate the CTS1010V
in a clean yellow light room, with a controlled room temperature of
22 ± 2°C and a relative humidity of 40% to 70% (no condensation).
Power requirements include single-phase 110V/220V, 50/60Hz, with a
power consumption of 4 kW, and compressed air at 0.5 MPa.
