WCG2-11 pipe cutting machine is suitable for cutting and bepping of various seamless steel pipes in petroleum, chemical industry, shipbuilding, power generation, machinery, construction installation and other factories and mines.

Technical performance and characteristics

The magnetic pipe cutting machine has two sets of four magnetic wheels, which are automatically cut around the steel pipe through the transmission mechanism, and the cutting process can use oxygen-acetylene flame or oxygen-propane flame. It is suitable for all kinds of seamless steel pipe cutting and groove with a diameter of 108mm or more. Due to the adsorption force of the magnetic wheel, the cutting machine can also be in the horizontal, vertical, horizontal, upward various spatial positions for all-position multi-direction cutting, cutting and groove can be completed at one time, the use of the cutting machine can improve the efficiency, ensure quality, reduce labor intensity.

Major Component

1, Walking mechanism: composed of magnetic roller, shaft and sleeve, magnetic steel, etc.

2, Body: Box shaped, made of ZL101 cast aluminum alloy.

3, Cutting torch and nozzle:

The cutting nozzle is CG21-3. The cutting torch can be moved horizontally and up and down through a gear pair with module m=0.8. When cutting the groove Angle of the steel pipe, it can be adjusted according to the required Angle.

4, Electrical control system description:

The electrical control system of the machine is composed of two parts, such as electrical box, fuselage control panel and motor. The electrical box is equipped with power transformer and control circuit board; The panel is equipped with a power switch, fuse and indicator light. The fuselage control panel is equipped with a speed-regulating potentiometer and reverse, forward and stop switches. The speed control system of this machine is controlled by thyristor DC motor. The principle of speed regulation is to use the AC and DC signals of resistance and capacitance shift superimposed to trigger the thyristor, change the size of the DC signal can control the size of the thyristor conduction Angle, so as to achieve the motor stepless speed regulation.

Instructions for use

1, the cutting machine lightly placed on the steel pipe, so as not to collision deformation of the roller, and must make each roller contact with the pipe surface, installed protective cover, before cutting work.

2, the cutting machine in the running cutting, if you change the direction, you must stop first, flip the reverse switch, and then start, can not directly change the direction of travel during the running process, so as not to damage electrical components and mechanical parts.

3, before cutting, first adjust the appropriate oxygen pressure, acetylene pressure, cutting speed and cutting Angle. At the beginning, adjust the oxygen-acetylene preheat flame and move the torch to the cutting edge. When the steel pipe is heated to local, open the cutting oxygen valve for cutting. After cutting, close the oxygen and acetylene valve and cut off the power supply.
