Applications of fluorine rubber oil seals in the automotive field:
1. Crankshaft Oil Seal: Under high temperature environment, the
fluorine rubber oil seal can still maintain good elasticity and
mechanical properties, and closely fit the crankshaft shaft
surface. Its wear resistance is also very good, in the long-term
friction with the crankshaft, the wear rate is extremely low, which
can effectively extend the service life of the oil seal. In
addition, the chemical corrosion resistance of fluorine rubber oil
seal can resist the erosion of lubricating oil, fuel and corrosive
gases generated by combustion inside the engine to ensure the
stability of sealing performance and guarantee the normal operation
of the engine.
2. Valve oil seal: Valve oil seal is mainly used to prevent oil
from entering the gap between valve and valve guide to avoid oil
participation in combustion, so as to ensure the normal combustion
and emission performance of the engine. The aging resistance of
fluorine rubber makes it not easy to be aged and deformed under
long-term high temperature, high pressure and chemical corrosion
