TC TYPE: TC oil seals, also known as lip seals, consist of a metal shell and a flexible lip made of an elastomeric material. The lip is in contact with the shaft and forms a barrier to prevent the ingress of pollutants and the escape of lubricant.

Feature: Double lips(a main lip, a vice lip), one spring.The steel skeleton is fully wrapped in rubber, rotary seal, used in low pressure, one side with sealing medium and the other side with light dust. Highest pressure 0.03mpa(0.3kgf/cm2).

Temperature:
1. TC type oil seals are suitable for a wide range of temperature, generally between - 20℃ and 120℃. Different rubber materials have different temperature ranges, for example, Nitrile Rubber (NBR) has a temperature range of - 20℃ to 100℃ and Fluorine Rubber (FKM) has a temperature range of - 40℃ to 250℃.
2. Under high temperature environment, the rubber material of oil seals will gradually aging and soften, resulting in the decline of sealing performance.
3. Under low temperature environment, the rubber material of oil seal will become stiff and lose elasticity, which will affect the sealing effect.
