1. Description of Three Cylinder Drum Sand Dryer Machine.

Our development and production of high efficient combined three-cylinder rotary dryer is mainly used for certain humidity and particle size range materials,such as dry mortar industry used sand, river sand, quartz sand, garnet sand and various sizes sand of foundry industries, blast furnace slag for building materials used in cement industry,the small size of clay, small particles materials which use for the chemical industry no chemical changes, can bear high temperature and dust soild. After drying the moisture content of materials less than 1%-0.5%, can meet different industries requirement of final moisture after drying material. Drying material require not stick cylinder wall and lifting plate is appropriate, heat exchange gas temperature not higher than 750 degrees celsius before into the dryer, if have special requirements on high temperature drying, the entrance of the drying machine, the cylinder inner and lifting plate can be made by heat-resistant steel plate.

6. Construction investment reduces 50%, power consumption reduces 60%.
7. Adopts roller rotation, no need reducer.
8. Hot air stove can supporting fluidized bed, spray stove, hands burned furnace, also used in fuel and gas type, can bake the below 20 mm pieces of materials, aggregates, powder material.
9. After drying the moisture content of materials at 1-0.5% and below, which can meet different industries requirement.
