Product Introduction
The flanged rubber joint is a flexible connector for metal pipes,
which is composed of an inner rubber layer, a rubber ball
reinforced with nylon cord fabric, a composite rubber layer on the
outer rubber layer and a loose metal flange. It has the
characteristics of high pressure resistance, good elasticity, large
displacement, balanced pipeline deviation, vibration absorption,
good noise reduction effect, easy installation, etc., and can be
widely used in water supply and drainage, circulating water, HVAC,
fire protection, papermaking, pharmaceutical, petrochemical,
shipbuilding, water pump, compressor, fan and other pipeline
systems.
Product application field
1. Chemical industry: Used for pipeline connections in the chemical production process,
such as pipelines for transporting acids, alkalis, salts and other
chemicals.
2. Petroleum industry: Used for pipeline connections in the process of oil extraction,

Product Installation
1. Vertically weld the corresponding flange and the pipes at both
ends.
2. Connect the ball flange of the flexible rubber joint with the
corresponding flange with the connecting bolt, and compress the nut
in parallel with the diagonal method.
3. After the pressure test, adjust the rubber expansion to the
installation length with the limit nut on the control tie rod.
Product installation precautions
1. It is forbidden to carry out water pressure test operation when
the connecting bolts and nuts are not tightened in various parts of
the connecting pipe and flexible rubber joints.
2. It is forbidden to open the connecting bolts and nuts between
the flexible rubber joint and the connecting pipe during the water
pressure test and operation stage.
3. The flexible rubber joint shall not exceed the installation
length and shall be expanded within the installation length.
