Product composition

Product installation precautions
1.Fixed support: If the product is designed to be installed at the near end of the outlet of the pump or the corner of the pipeline, as well as when the product is used in high pressure and high-rise buildings, the pipeline must have a fixed support or fixed bracket, and the force of the fixed support and fixed bracket must be greater than the axial force, otherwise the product should be installed with an anti-pull-off limiting device.
2.Keep away from heat source: The installation site of the rubber joint should be far away from the heat source, and it is strictly forbidden to expose it to strong radiation rays, and use media that does not meet the requirements of this product.
3.Avoid exceeding the displacement limit: It is strictly forbidden to exceed the displacement limit during installation, and the installation bolts should be symmetrical, and gradually pressurized and tightened to prevent local leakage. For the working pressure of more than 1.6MPa, the installation bolt should have an elastic pressure pad to prevent the bolt from loosening during work.
4.Protective rubber joints: It is strictly forbidden to cut the surface and sealing surface of sharp appliances during transportation, loading and unloading.
