Small quantity plastic part production:
1- 3D printing a original part.
2- Polish the surface manually.
3- Use the printed part to make a simple silicone mold, to get a
core and cavity, same as the injection mold core and cavity.
4- Pour the specific PA material into the mold and add toner to
adjust the transparency.
5- Wait for one hour around to wait the forming of the PA part.
Packing & Delivers:
Every order will be well-packed and sealed before shipment, we
promise you that the goods will reach your hand in safe and as fast
as possible.

Usual packing: by pearl cotton/bubble bag + carton box.

Q: I want to copy one product, and i just have a sample, what
should I do?
A: Our engineering team will support your project to get the
drawing.
Q: I am not sure which drawing formats are available for
manufacturing?
A: Stp/step are the best. If you can't save it as .stp, please save
it as .stl and contact with us to get the engineering support.
Q: Can your factory provide the one-stop service for a whole
product?
A: Yes, CNC prototype, CNC machining, vacuum casting,3D printing,
injection molding, aluminum/zinc die casting, sheetmetal
fabrication, laser cutting, press-brake forming are all no problem
in our factory.
Q:I want to make some printing, laser engraving etc.. for my
product, is it ok in your factory?
A: Yes, various post-treatments are available in our factory such
as oil painting, silk screen printing, laser engraving, ultrasonic
welding, electroplating, aluminum anodization, PVD etc..
Q: What should I choose injection molding plastic for my product?

Q: What kind of timber or wood can be CNC machined in your factory?

Q: What colors can I get for aluminum anodization?

Q: Can you make silicone/rubber prototype?
