Introduction of Hot calender Roller:

It is used in conjunction with embossing rollers to help better shaping of non-woven fabrics.

The non-woven fabric is hot-rolled to give it better physical properties and appearance. The roller body is usually made of high-strength materials such as alloy steel to ensure that it has sufficient hardness and wear resistance during use. Then, through a series of processing processes such as turning, welding, annealing, etc., the roller body is processed to a precise size and shape.

The Pressure influence of hot calender roller on the strength of nonwoven fabrics:

Hot Calender roller pressure is one of the important factors affecting the strength of nonwoven fabrics. For different fiber types and processing methods, different roller pressures are required to obtain the best results. Generally speaking, the pressure of the hot rolling roller is between 20-40 tons, which can achieve better results.

If the hot calender roller pressure is too small, the fibers will not be tightly bonded and the cloth surface will be loose, which will affect the strength and stability of the nonwoven fabric and fail to meet the product requirements. If the roller pressure is too high, the fibers will be loose. If it is lowered, it is easy to cause wire breakage and chip breakage, which will lead to defects on the cloth surface and affect the quality of the product.
