Thermal Calender Roll Production:

The calender roll body is made of alloy forged steel and has a mirror coating of thermal spraying tungsten carbide process.After spraying, the finish of the calender roll reaches Ra0.01. This coating can effectively strengthen the bonding strength with the surface of the roll body, increase its wear resistance, and reduce the shedding of the surface wear layer; at the same time, it has good corrosion resistance and can be improved.

Thermal Calender Roll Advantage:

With high surface hardness, the hard roller acts on the paper through high temperature and pressure, thereby uniformizing the thickness of the paper. Generally, the thickness can be controlled below 0.01mm per nip. After being processed by this hard calendering machine, the paper sheet has its smoothness improved greatly and the coating weight is reduced as well.
