1.The material of the basic roller can be selected from low-adhesion carbide, high-adhesion carbide, alloy steel or plastic to meet the needs of different release paper embossings.The inner hole is bored and ground to make the pipe wall thickness uniform, and then welded, stress-relieved, turned, ground and finished;

2. Calibrate static balance and dynamic balance processing; the coaxiality of the finished roller is ≤0.02mm;

3. According to the pattern, different processing techniques are used to achieve the extruded product with clear pattern lines, exquisite patterns, rich layers, and precise dimensions.

4. Finally, the surface is plated with hard chromium or other treatments, and the hardness can reach HRC58-62.
