Detailed Introduction
With a lifting capacity of up to 250,000 kg and standard spans of
up to 40 m, the double girder overhead travelling crane makes it
possible to handle unwieldy loads safely and precisely. It is
adapted to planned or existing buildings by means of various
special installation alternatives. Numerous additional options are
available to increase productivity and safety in day-to-day use.
In addition, the QD hook bridge overhead crane is a rail-operated
crane composed of a double main girder bridge frame and a running
trolley with a winch as a lifting mechanism, which can realize
heavy lifting in three directions, horizontal and vertical move.
The products are general-purpose heavy machines, which are mostly
used in machinery manufacturing, assembly, warehouses and other
places. It is not suitable for mediums with fire hazards and
explosion hazards, working in places full of corrosive gases, and
lifting molten metals and toxic, inflammable and explosive
materials.
The bridge frame is equipped with bilateral maintenance walkways,
and its speed, efficiency and stability are better than those of LH
cranes. Crane standard configuration: working class A5~A7, control
mode is ground wired control (following), safety slide wire power
supply. Variable frequency speed regulation, wireless remote
control, outdoor work and other non-standard requirements can be
customized.

Requirements for the working environment of bridge cranes
1. The installation of the running track of the bridge crane must
comply with the national standards, and the grounding resistance
should not be greater than 4Ω.
2. The radiant heat temperature of the items lifted by the bridge
crane to the hook should not exceed 300°C.
3. When the bridge crane is working indoors, the ambient
temperature should not exceed 40°C, and the average temperature
within a day should not exceed 35°C. In addition, when the
temperature is 40°C, the relative humidity should not exceed 50%.
4. When the bridge crane is working outdoors, the ambient
temperature should not exceed 40°C, and the average temperature
within a day should not exceed 35°C. When the ambient temperature
is not higher than 25°C, the relative humidity is allowed to reach
100% in a short time.
5. When the bridge crane is working, it is required that the
working wind pressure should not be greater than level 5 wind in
the inland, and no greater than level 6 wind in the coastal area.
When not working, the required wind pressure can reach level 10.
