Features
1. Heavy duty volute casting with integral foot and multi-ribbed
discharge flange provided superior resistance to pipe loads and
improves reliability back pullout design allows for removal of the
rotating element without disturbing the casing pipe work of motor
to simplify routine maintenance.
2. Impeller: Duplex stainless cast, an open impeller for
high-efficiency performance, low running cost and long life,
impeller back vanes and shroud design provides axial balance which
reduces maintenance and downtime cost by extending seal and bearing
reliability.
3. Pump Casing: Top centerline discharge, self-venting casing,
arranged for back pull-out. Fully confined gasket. Foot support
under casing for maximum resistance to misalignment and distortion
from pipe loads. ANSI B16.5, 150# flanges standard and also ANSI
B16.5, 300# optional for working pressures to 2550 kPa with 3mm
corrosion allowance. For maximum corrosion / erosion resistance
casing is supplied without tapped openings but if specified, gauge
and drain plug openings are provided.

Bearing body: axially movable structural design
Shaft: cantilever ratio design, the heavy-duty cylindrical roller
bearing and the paired double-angle contact ball bearing are
installed back to back
Shaft Sleeve: Renewable shaft sleeve is positive driven, hook type,
with one end free to expand with temperature variations, PTFE
gasket prevents leakage under sleeve. Sleeve permits application of
inside balanced mechanical seals where required.
