Machine feature
The one-sided automatic labeling machine is suitable for side
labeling of square or flat bottle shaped objects.
It can be equipped with an independent plastic shaping mechanism,
which is specially used for automatic labeling of irregular shaped
objects such as the cosmetics industry; it can be equipped with a
roller labeling device and at the same time realize automatic
labeling of round bottles.
The plastic belt can be tilted and the header is adjusted in eight
dimensions. Any product can be adjusted in a few minutes.
The main engine adopts the famous factory servo motor to realize
the real closed-loop control, avoiding the “blind walking”
phenomenon of the ordinary stepping motor, high-precision
subdivision and built-in absolute encoder, all of which are
designed to improve the accuracy.
The specially designed shaping mechanism ensures the accurate
positioning of the objects to be attached and achieves accurate
labeling.
The label is smoothed by a scraper, the non-powered sponge roller
is pressed, and the power sponge roller is squeezed to complete a
labeling process without bubbles. It is especially suitable for the
frosted bottle with a transparent label.
