Backwash stage principle

When a certain pressure difference is reached, or the system automatically enters the backwashing state within the set time, the controller controls the valve to change the direction of water flow, the one-way diaphragm at the bottom of the filter closes the main channel, and the backwash enters the four groups of nozzle channels, and the nozzle channel The water pressure in the connected piston chamber rises, the piston moves upward to overcome the pressure of the spring against the lamination, and the piston space is released at the top of the lamination stack, while the backwash water flows from the nozzles above the four nozzle passages in the direction of the tangential line of the lamination. Spraying, the laminations are rotated and evenly separated, and the spray water sprays the surface of the lamination, and the impurities trapped on the lamination are sprayed and ejected. When the backwashing is over, the direction of the water flow changes again, the laminations are again compressed, and the system re-enters the filtration state.
