Performance and features:
HR/pickling coil slitting line is consists of uncoiler, feeder,
pinch, pre-leveler, scrap shear, slitter, scrap winder and
recoiler, etc.
It is used for slitting the wide raw coil into narrow strips in
order to prepare material for subsequent processes as miling. pipe
welding, cold forming. punch forming, etc. Moreover, this line can
also slit all kinds of nonferrous metals by changing blades of
different materials.
The slitting line PLC control ,human-machine interface, according to a high degree of
automation ,simple operation and reliable.
