• Tandem CNC press brake machine realizes bending function by controlling slider stroke and back gauge.

• When using CNC hydraulic press brake, you only need to input the number of the pieces required for bending as well as bending angle for each step, and the CNC press brake machine will finish bending according to the steps you just set in the controller.

• The advanced CNC press brake bending machine mainly adopts a hydro-electric servo system and a grating ruler to form closed-loop control. It features high control accuracy, as well as bending accuracy and repositioning accuracy.

• The Tandem Press brake features a rigid frame for min deflection under the load. The frame steels are made with quality steel improved Q235 using the latest technology.

• Fitted with high-specification CNC controller, the operation of these complex machines is now easier and more intuitive than ever before. • The worktable adopts DNC controlled mechanical plus convex wedge deflection compensation worktable. After inputting the data of sheet thickness, lower die opening and tensile strength into the NC system, the bending force and the relevance compensation values of worktable and slider will be determined automatically. Therefore, the accurate convex amount can be obtained during each bending. In the process of machining, deflection compensation without blind area can be realized.

• The machine has the ability to resist eccentric bending.

• The machine can tandem combined working, also can separately operating each one.
