The user can program directly at the angle, and each step can
achieve a precise bending machine.A higher-level system with
graphical programming function is also optional
- Precision back gauge structure
The machine is suitable for the production with multi-steps of
bending with high bending accuracy. Adopt E type back gauge, with
sufficient mechanical strength and stiffness.
X-axis & R-axis adopt ball screw and linear guide, which is driven
by servo motors, and the back gauge is positioned quickly and
accurately.
- Upper and lower tools standard segment
The mold segments are 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, 75, 100, 300 (cm), and
the length can be customized by the user.
Segmented punch can be combined with certain length according to
the bending requirement of special workpiece.
