Product Description:
Polyamide Nylon 66 is a kind of high-performance engineering
plastic granules made of polyamide. It is reinforced with glass
fiber and offers excellent mechanical properties such as high
tensile strength, high temperature resistance, excellent abrasion
resistance and good dimensional stability.
This polyamide granules, also known as PA66GF25 pellets, offers a
tensile strength of ≥80 MPa, shore hardness of 80±5, a density of
1.25-1.35 g/cm3 and comes in a 25 Kg/bag specification. It is also
characterized by its excellent flame retardancy, chemical
resistance, weather resistance and electrical insulation
properties. The glass fiber reinforced plastic granules are an
ideal choice for a wide range of applications due to their superior
resistance to wear and tear and their long-term performance.
Features:
1. It has excellent mechanical properties, high strength, high
toughness.
2. The material has excellent coloring ability, can achieve various
requirements of color matching
3. The shrinkage rate of PA66 is between 1% and 2%. The addition of
glass fiber additives can reduce the shrinkage rate to 0.2%~1%. The
shrinkage ratio is large in the flow direction and in the direction
perpendicular to the flow direction.
4. PA66 is resistant to many solvents, but is less resistant to
acids and other chlorinating agents.
5. PA66 excellent flame retardant performance, by adding different
flame retardants can achieve different levels of flame retardant
effect.
