Description:
Restaurant sound proof partition walls are specified where
functional space delineation is an integral element within the
partition project.
Due to their flexibility and cost effectiveness, they allow large
rooms to be conveniently sub-divided to maximize space utilization.
The restaurant sound proof partition walls consist of a series of
concave/convex profile interlocking flat panels and the fast set
retractable top and bottom seals ,its provide excellent acoustic
insulation property of from STC-32 to 53 in laboratory setting.
Surface:
Melamine: In fact, it is a layer of colored paper pressed on the
fiber board;
The moisture resistance of the plywood is better than that of the
MDF; the disadvantage is that the surface flatness is worse than
that of the MDF.
Leather or fabric with soft covers,hard cover, and is divided into
borders (similar to mountings), already covered (the borders are
not exposed).
Advantage:
1. No need floor suspension: There is no track on the floor, just
install the track on the ceiling;
2. Stable and safe: It is stable and reliable after being cut off,
and it is not easy to swing;
3. Retractable and flexible: The partitions move freely, promote

Restaurant sound proof partition details
With the unique multi-layer panel system, our pattern 65 sound
proof partition wall has excellent acoustic performance with a STC
up to 40-50 dB.
Double PVC seals are mounted around the sound proof partitions to
provide the highest level of acoustic integrity. More importantly,
this fit can also achieve the desired acoustic integrity between
two nearby rooms.
The acoustic structure includes multi-layer board at the top and
bottom of the sound proof partitions and the glass wool inside. The
acoustic performance is up to 40 STC, and the fabric wrapped
acoustic panel and perforated MDF panel can be used to reduce echo.
The vinyl at all edges help to prolong life time and seal the
noise.
These restaurant sound proof partitions will be provided in an
end-folded configuration to meet a variety of parking requirements
and the first panel can be provided as a standard access door.
The restaurant sound proof partition has aluminum profiles, and
panels are available for a variety of surface treatments including
painted, polished veneer or various standard or high pressure
laminate. Fire rated finish panel is also available.
