The connection methods include electrical connection, pneumatic
connection and mechanical connection.
The mechanical connection includes a frame, and the upper and lower
stages are installed on the frame, and the upper and lower stages
of the main shaft are respectively provided with a driving part, a
feeding part and an extruding part.
The upper drive part includes an upper agitating shaft, an upper
speed reducer, a mud puller, and an upper extrusion spiral blade.
The lower drive part includes a three-phase asynchronous variable
frequency motor, a pneumatic clutch assembly, a P series planetary
gear box, a counter roll gear, a lower extrusion main shaft, a
lower extruded right-handed spiral, a lower extruded left-handed
spiral, and a lower extruded auxiliary shaft; The lower extrusion
part is mainly a primary and a secondary double-axis double helix,
and adopts a spiral lining guide strip.
