- The single-screw extruder is mainly used for extruding
thermoplastics such as soft and hard polyvinyl chloride and
polyethylene. It can process a variety of plastic products, such as

Traditional extruders generally use soft plastic clay as raw

tedious machine cleaning and the low quality of extruded products,
a vertical single screw vacuum extruder is provided to improve the
quality of output products. The mechanical connection of the single
screw makes the extruded products have certain shape and size, high
mechanical strength, high density, low water content and smooth
